A2a2 为什么不在2027年统一？

中国的政治运行规律决定了一个重大的程序的周期。顶级政治事件的完成至少需要10个月的时间。如果在2027年发起统一行动，那么统一的成就就不能在2027年11月的大会之前转化为政治收益。而且可能会带来政治风险。

T here  are theoretically 3 ceasefire lines in the Russia-Ukrain e W ar. Line 1 is a geographical demarcation drawn by the Dnieper River   plus the Black Sea Coastline . Line 2 is bounded by the complete administrative boundary of the Luhansk and Donetsk regions. Line 3 is any arc in the wide area between lines 1 and 2. 从1981年到2022年，中国大陆向台湾单方向释放出的政治优惠在不断地演变。叶剑英版本给出了接近独立的条件。邓小平给出了完全实质自治。1997年版的香港两制事实上也是一个吸引台湾的版本。2020年香港删减版的两制可能 从来没有成为过台湾的范本的地位。2022年的对台白皮书事实就是习近平版本的台湾两制的正式版本。在这一版本里，台湾已经永久地失去了“实质性的两制”优惠。
